Beautiful but runs VERY small

This is a gorgeous high quality dress. Unfortunately I got my normal LEAU dress size (Medium) and couldn't get it over my hips (which are relatively narrow) or over my head. My 12 year old stick thin niece was able to just fit into it so she is the lucky recipient if her mom will ever let her wear it lol.
