We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional time than our usual standard to process and fulfill orders. Our small, woman & family owned business is working around the clock to get orders out as fast as possible!
All orders typically dispatch within 48 hours, excluding pre-order items, weekends and public holidays. All orders ship from the United States. Shipping timeframes exclude processing time.

- FREE Standard Shipping — 5-7 business days
- $10 Priority Shipping — 3-5 business days
- $20 Express Shipping — 1-2 business days
- Standard and Express shipping options via DHL and UPS - rates vary by destination country
- Orders will ship DDP
- Duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout

Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying delivery times. Pre-ordering guarantees your purchase of an item when it is back in stock. If you have other items in your order, those will ship out when your pre-order item is back. If you need your other items faster, please place a separate order. Pre-order dates are only estimates.
We are proud to partner with OrderProtection to protect your order against loss, damage, theft, wrong/missing items and return to sender for an additional fee. If you chose to opt-out of package insurance, your order will not be insured. LEAU is not responsible for courier delays, lost, stolen or misplaced orders and are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot change/cancel any orders after they are placed as our warehouse begins fulfilling orders the moment they are placed.
Original shipping charges, package insurance are non-refundable. We also do not refund incorrect address or return to sender packages if we are not at fault, you will be issued store credit minus a restocking fee.
