CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

We are looking for a customer service assistant who will work with the Founder directly in providing resolutions for customers and to ensure we meet all our customer promises.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service over email, tickets, SMS, live chat and social media using digital platforms
  • Resolves all customer requests, questions and complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating as necessary
  • Utilize platforms Shopify, Gorgias, Loop Returns, etc. to provide customer support
  • Coordinate with in-house and external team members regarding customer issues
  • Learn about the brand through and through; be prepared to communicate our values, missions and products to our customers

  • Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of e-commerce customer service experience
  • 2-3 years of Shopify experience
  • Experience in fashion is a plus!
  • High level of communication, organization and customer care
  • Loop Returns, Shipstation and Gorgias experience a plus!
