Order
All orders typically dispatch within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and they are shipped from the United States.
For domestic orders, they will typically arrive within 2-7 business days once it ships. For international orders, please allow up to 5-21 business days to arrive depending on your destination country and shipping method.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Oh no! We're sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order. Once an order is placed, our warehouse and fulfillment team begins processing and preparing all orders to get them out as fast as possible. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or change any orders at this time.
Oh no! We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. Please double check the shipping address on your order matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors and/or building manager to ensure no one received your package by mistake.
We are happy to offer OrderProtection on every order, which covers orders against loss, damage, theft, wrong/missing items and return to sender for an additional fee. If you opted for OrderProtection on your order, please visit this page to file a claim.
If you removed OrderProtection from your cart at checkout, unfortunately your order will not be insured.
As of November 2022, we are happy to offer OrderProtection with every order. OrderProtection is our shipping insurance partner that protects your order against loss, damage, theft, wrong/missing items and return to sender for an additional fee of $2.95.
You have the option to remove OrderProtection from your cart and opt-out of package insurance. If you chose to opt-out, your order will not be insured and accept that LEAU is not liable for courier delays, lost, stolen or misplaced orders and are not refundable.

Occasionally there may be times tracking your order may get stuck or not moving transit. Don't worry, we're here to help. Depending on the tracking age, there can be a few things playing a factor:
If your order tracking is stating is not been shipped yet,
There may be two reasons for this:
- Your order may have been shipped but due to the destination distance of the shipment or the couriers workload, the first scan may not occur for a few days after you've been notified of shipment. Sometimes courier's may be scanning more/less depending on their workload or the package is on it's way to the courier's sorting hub.
- The order may require additional processing time to complete your order. Sometimes if there is an address or payment issue, we need to conduct additional verification. Other instances that can delay processing is due to sitewide sales, product launches or more. See our detailed shipping policy here for more information.
If your order tracking is delayed in transit or taking too long,
Orders will show an "in transit" status until it reaches the next shipping hub along the transit journey. Unfortunately, we don't have control of how fast a courier ships a package and can potentially be subject to delays out of our control. If your package has remained "in transit" in over 7 days, please reach out to us further to investigate.
If you've opted in for OrderProtection package insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim for reshipment or reimbursement.
If your international order is being held, stuck in transit or verification is needed:
Your international order may require additional verification set forth by your countries duty regulations so we ask you please provide your country with your invoice as your proof of purchase.
In some cases, your country will invoice custom fees that need to be paid. LEAU is not responsible for custom fees and/or duties and taxes and you will need to remit payment in order to receive your package.

Return
If you're not obsessed with your LEAU pieces, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition with all tags attached and be completely unworn, unwashed, and with no marks, stains, odors.
Returns can be made for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds to original payment methods will be subject to a $10 fee which includes the cost of a prepaid return label. This fee is waived for store credit and exchanges.

International orders are eligible to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition with all tags attached and be completely unworn, unwashed, and with no marks, stains, odors.
At this time, we are unable to offer return labels for international orders so please ship your items to our warehouse using any prepaid and trackable return method to the address listed below.

To initiate your return, please use the link to our return portal here. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed.
If you are exchanging your item, standard exchanges are processed once we received and accepted your return back to our warehouse.
Instant exchange orders will reserve and process your new items instantly with credit card input until your original item is received back to LEAU. If the original item received does not follow our policy above, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the full amount to the credit card on file
There could be a few reasons your return is ineligible for a refund. Sale items, including any orders that use a discount code, can only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
If your order is purchased during a final sale promotion OR you purchased a final sale item as listed on the product page, your order will not be eligible for returns, refunds OR exchanges.
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please email us immediately at help@leauclothing.com. We are proud to extend a product warranty if you report the item within 2 days of delivery to you.
If you do not report a faulty item within this time frame, it will not be covered under our warranty as we cannot ensure the item is unworn.
Other
Here at LEAU, we focus on delivering premium quality clothing that is actually meant to last in your closet. To keep your pieces lasting as long as possible, we strongly recommend dry cleaning your pieces only when needed.
Washing your garments by hand under cold water is another alternative. Once you're done, lay your garment down on a flat surface. Do not hang dry as this may cause some fabrics to stretch.
We strongly recommend against bleach or tumble drying as this can incredibly reduce the wearability of your pieces.
We are based in Los Angeles so all of our items are based in US sizing. Our size guide, including measurements and conversations, can be found here.
While most of our items run true to size, we always specify in the "size and fit" section on each product page description how a particular item runs and the stretch level of each garment. We always include customer feedback regarding our sizing and reflect it in that section.
We recommend not going by what size you typically wear in other brands as our garments are made to accentuate a woman's body. It's best you have your full measurements handy for the best fit.

At LEAU, we are constantly looking for ways to evolve our sustainability practices. Here are some current info on how we are staying sustainable:
SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION: All of our pieces are manufactured in small, limited batches in order to aid in our efforts to minimize waste. We never ever dump left over garments and donate to local charities when we can.
PACKAGING: All of our packaging materials are made from recycled materials including our mailer bags, tissue paper, kraft boxes and even our tape! The packaging is printed with non-toxic soy based inks and are fully recyclable and re-usable.
WASH & CARE: LEAU pieces are meant to last. We recommend dry cleaning. Please do not bleach or tumble dry your garments - it's best for your pieces and the planet.
