All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order is ready, you will receive email confirmation your package has shipped with the tracking number. We cannot cancel or refund any orders that have already shipped.

Unfortunately at this time due to COVID-19, we do not offer local pick up for orders.

*Please allow a few business days for your tracking link to be updated via USPS. Orders marked as “pre-shipment” does not mean we have not shipped your order - USPS may be scanning more or less based on their workload. We do not have control over how fast an item will be in transit via USPS.

Please note all shipping and delivery times are estimates given by the couriers and may be affected by ie: Covid-19, inclement weather, high order volumes and peak holiday seasons and these delays are out of our control.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel any orders - that is because our fulfillment team is working as quickly as possible to get all orders shipped to you ASAP!

 

LOST PACKAGES & PACKAGE PROTECTION
LEAU is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Orders over $100 require a police report. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you opt-out or Route+ protection at checkout, your order will not be insured.

Once your order leaves our facility, It is at the liability of the postal courier.LEAU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost/stolen packages are non-refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
LEAU is not responsible for international duties and taxes fees. Duties, taxes and custom fees vary depending on your country and the value of goods. We are also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times or incorrect shipping addresses.

If for any reason you decide to reject the parcel, not pay the custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order. Please see our “Return To Sender” information below.

 

RETURN TO SENDER
We do not refund return to sender packages if we are not at fault. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, forwarding issue, duties unpaid or not signing for your package, you will receive a store credit gift card amounting to your order total minus shipping and $10 restocking fee.
