BEHIND the BRAND

Founded in 2020, LEAU is a Los Angeles-based womenswear brand redefining luxury with investment fashion. From minimal core pieces to exclusive heirloom garments, each piece is thoughtfully designed to provide all you need for the ultimate modern capsule wardrobe.

INVEST IN YOUR WADROBE

Crafted with the finest materials, our "buy nice or buy twice" ethos lies in our bespoke collections where each piece is intentionally made to be reworn and reimagined through styling to last in your closet.

All LEAU pieces are a balanced mix of elevated essentials and one-of-a-kind special occasion garments — all of which can be mixed and matched together for a true, well-rounded wardrobe.

We spend months in the factory developing and testing fabrics to ensure they have the perfect fit. Our pieces are designed to sculpt and shape; specifically engineered with every body in mind.

By prioritizing quality over quantity, we ensure our pieces will be cherished staples in your wardrobe, lasting for years to come. Together, we're shaping a future where luxury and durability intertwine.

At just 23, Gia founded LEAU wanting to create a wardrobe full of investment pieces. A simple vision has grown into a globally recognized brand celebrating femininity and intention. Gia earned a place on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in 2026, cementing the brand's status in modern luxury.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS

Every LEAU piece is designed with intention — crafted to celebrate femininity through fabric, fit, and silhouette.

Every collection begins with you. We listen to what our customers are wearing, requesting, and reaching for most, and we design from there. Not from trend cycles. From real women living real lives in our clothes.

We spend months in our factory developing and testing proprietary fabrics for sculpt, stretch, and structure. Each fabric is selected for how it moves on the body, how it holds its shape, and how it feels against the skin. When we can't find what we need on the market, we develop the fabrics ourselves. The fabric is the foundation of every silhouette. It's why the fit feels different the moment you put it on.

From there, our team builds each piece from the inside out. Internal boning is placed to lift and define without restricting. Seams are engineered to contour and create shape. Linings are chosen not just for comfort but for how they interact with the outer fabric, ensuring the garment drapes, sculpts, and moves exactly as intended. Every construction detail serves the silhouette.

Every silhouette's final fitting happens across our full size range, XS to XXL — on real women, not custom mannequins meant to mimic bodies. We refine the boning, the seams, the lining, and the closures across every size individually. A size XS and a size XXL are not scaled versions of the same pattern. Each is proportionally perfected, because a dress that flatters one body should flatter every body.

We prioritize craftsmanship over volume. Every piece passes through a final quality inspection before it leaves our hands. The construction, the fabric, and the fit must meet the standard our customers have come to expect. Nothing ships unless it's flawless.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Before LEAU existed, I grew up in a small town where luxury wasn’t something you had access to. It was something you saw in magazines, on tv, or in cities that felt unreachable. I didn’t come from money. I didn’t have connections. What I had was the conviction that I wanted more, so at 18 I moved across the country to find it.

I moved to Los Angeles and started working at a fashion startup that seemed like the dream. And for a while, it was. But the deeper I got, the more I saw what was really happening behind the curtain. I watched an industry led by men continuously downgrade fabrics just to save on cost. I watched corners get cut on fittings because the people making decisions didn’t know what women actually want to look and feel like in their clothes. I saw brands claim they were more prestigious than they were, name-dropping cities they’d never worked in. I learned that “limited edition” usually meant “we’ll restock it next month, but we want your money now.” Season after season, the gap between what brands told their customers and what they actually delivered got wider and nobody seemed to care.

I left because I was tired of it. Both as a consumer and as someone who worked inside it. I wanted a brand that was focused on timeless, investment fashion. Clothing that actually meant something.

LEAU started with a few dresses, no investors, no partners, no trust fund, no family money... nothing but product and the belief that if the clothes were good enough, women would notice. You would notice.

Six years later, we have fulfilled over 100,000 orders. We’ve been featured in Vogue, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Nylon, Glamour, and Buzzfeed. And we still operate the same way: every single dollar goes back into making better product. No outside money. No compromises. That’s what allows us to do things our way.

Over the years we’ve shared a lot of special moments with our customers - birthdays, weddings, promotions, first dates, the nights you just want to feel like the best version of yourself. So we’ve evolved our product line to speak to all of life’s moments. Our full range now spans everyday basics to heirloom garments, because you deserve a complete wardrobe of pieces you believe in.

We spend months in our factory developing proprietary fabrics so you put the absolute best on your body. We produce in limited batches for every piece. Not as a marketing tactic, but because overproduction is the problem I watched the industry create and refuse to solve. Most of our pieces are developed based on direct customer feedback: you tell us what you want, and we design it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I hope everyone can experience the LEAU difference.
