ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT

Since its' launch in 2020, LEAU has grown to become a global namesake women's fashion brand known for our form-fitting silhouettes & signature corsets creating ultimate seasonless styles. Our designs have graced the wardrobes of distinguished fashion icons and celebrities alike, earning accolades in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Nylon, Glamour, and other esteemed magazines.

We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused E-Commerce Coordinator to support our digital operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer service inquiries with timely, thoughtful, and accurate responsesMaintain and build brand reputation by encouraging positive customer reviews and foster a community-driven customer experienceOptimize Shopify and FB/Tiktok Shop: product pages, FAQ's, pre-orders, etc.Assist with marketing calendar; ensure all digital efforts support product launches, customer experience, and marketing objectiveOversee pre-orders, restocks, and product availability, ensuring clear communication across all touch pointsCoordinate consistency across launches; ensure assets & deliverables are ready, write & update contentSupport marketing and content strategies when needed

Requirements:

2-3 years minimum in e-commerceProficiency in ShopifyExperience in Gorgias or other CRM toolHigh level of communication, organization and customer careLoop Returns, Shipstation and project management tools experience a plus!
