Need to make a return? No worries, we get it. That’s why we have an easy return process if something doesn’t work out as hoped. To initiate your return, please use the link to our return portal here. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
Item is in original condition, unworn, free from marks, stains, or odors (of any kind) and has no signs of wear
Item has all return ribbons, tags and hygiene stickers attached and not tampered with
Items are returned by the 14th day of delivery with proof of purchse
LEAU reserves the right to reject any item that does not comply with the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you and shipping costs will not be covered by LEAU.
Full-priced merchandise can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds to original payment methods will be subject to a $10 fee which includes the cost of a one-time prepaid return label. This fee is waived for store credit and exchanges.
Orders that use a discount code can only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Orders placed during our Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale (code: BFCM2023) and our End of Year Sale (code: BYE2023) can only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Orders placed with store credit can only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Items marked with “sale” signs or strike-through pricing, are final sale and non-refundable. Original shipping costs, package insurance, and custom fees are also non-refundable.
Return processing times are currently 7-10 business days once the return is received.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer return labels for customers outside of the USA.
We are happy to offer both standard and instant exchanges for your convenience. Standard exchanges are processed once we receive/accept your return back. Instant exchanges will process and ship your requested items immediately before your return is received back to us. Instant exchanges require credit card pre-authorization. If the original item received does not follow our policy above, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the full amount to the credit card on file.
To prevent wardrobing, we limit the amount of exchanges on a previously exchanged order to 1. Returned exchanges are only eligible for store credit. We do not provide return labels for previously exchanged items.
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please email us immediately at email@example.com. We are proud to extend a product warranty if you report the item within 2 days of delivery to you. If you do not report a faulty item within this time frame, it will not be covered under our warranty as we cannot ensure the item is unworn.
