Need to make a return? No worries, we get it. That’s why we have an easy return process if something doesn’t work out as hoped.  To initiate your return, please use the link to our return portal here. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

All returned items will be inspected thoroughly and subject to rejection if they do not satisfy all requirements:
  • Item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed and shows no signs of wear
  • Item has all tags and hygiene stickers (if it applies) attached and are not tampered with
  • Item has absolutely no marks or stains (including bodily fluids, deodorant, makeup, spray tan, etc.)
  • Item has absolutely no odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, etc.)
  • Item is returned by the 14th day of delivery with proof of purchase

LEAU reserves the right to reject any item that does not comply with the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you and shipping costs will not be covered by LEAU.

Returns can be made for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds to original payment methods will be subject to a $10 fee which includes the cost of a prepaid return label. This fee is waived for store credit and exchanges.

Sale items, including any orders that use a discount code, can only be returned for store credit or exchanged. If your order is purchased during a final sale promotion OR you purchased a final sale item as listed on the product page, your order will not be eligible for returns, refunds OR exchanges.

We are happy to offer standard and instant exchanges. Standard exchanges are processed once we received and accepted your return back to our warehouse. Instant exchange orders will reserve and process your new items instantly with credit card input until your original item is received back to LEAU. If the original item received does not follow our policy above, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the full amount to the credit card on file.

To prevent wardrobing, we limit the amount of exchanges on a previously exchanged order to 1 and are only eligible for store credit. We do not provide return labels for previously exchanged items.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer return labels for international customers.

Return processing times are currently 7-10 business days once the return is received.

Original shipping costs, package insurance, and custom fees are not refundable.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please email us immediately at We are proud to extend a product warranty if you report the item within 2 days of delivery to you. If you do not report a faulty item within this time frame, it will not be covered under our warranty as we cannot ensure the item is unworn.
