Oh no! This size/product is sold out! When will you be restocking?
We're so sorry to hear that an item you love isn't available at this time. Since our products are made by hand, all of our items are restocked in limited quantities to ensure we're producing high quality garments. Be sure to sign up via email or SMS to be notified when a product you love is restocked. You will have first access to shop when you sign up! 



When will my item be shipped?
Since each garment is hand made to order, we ask you please allow several business days to be shipped out. Once your item is ready, we will ship it to you and send you tracking updates via email. 

Why is my order sending in multiple packages?
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages. We send each garment out when it is ready to ship. You will not incur additional shipping costs if your order is shipped out in multiple packages.

How long does shipping take?
After your garment is made and your order is processed, standard shipping can take an average of 10-20 business days depending on your orders destination. We offer expedited shipping for an additional cost.

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing a delay from our shipping couriers. Shipping can take up to an additional two weeks on top of standard shipping times.  Please allow more time than usual to receive your order. We thank all of the essential workers for their hard work and service.

Help! I haven't received 1 (or more) of my item(s)!
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this isn't the case, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to submit a claim on your package. Unfortunately, we have no control of shipping times when a package leaves our facility.

How can I track my order?
All orders can be tracked through our online tracking portal here. Please ensure you have your tracking number and/or email address with your order number available.



I would like to return my order for a refund.
In the event you wish to return your item, please contact us and we will assist you. You must return your item within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept any items returned after our 14 day delivery window.

Bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale items for hygienic reasons and cannot be return or exchanged. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I exchange my item?
Please contact us and will assist you with your exchange. Exchanges will be honored in the form of store credit. Once your item is back in our facility, you will be issued store credit via email in 2-3 business days for the price of the item returned. We cannot honor size exchanges as LEAU items are limited and we cannot guarantee your size is available upon the return of your item. 

Can I get a return shipping label?
Sorry, at this time LEAU does not offer return shipping labels. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping. Ship your return with local post office and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. No exceptions.

How long does it take for my refund to be issued?
Once the item is back at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued. Our customer service team processes returns Monday through Friday during business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when we have processed the return on our end. 

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account and for your bank to complete, depending on their own processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
